WHAT TO EXPECT

Includes a full-day excursion to visit the 2 best-known locations of the French Basque Country, San Juan de Luz and Biarritz.

We will begin the day in San Juan de Luz, which is located in a quiet half-moon shaped bay with a beautiful beach of fine sand. It also boasts a historical centre full of colourful Basque houses with wooden trusses.

First, we will visit a winery in San Juan de Luz and after that, we will enjoy a city tour around the city, including the market. Following the tour, we will have lunch in a traditional restaurant with local food (only Premium version).

After lunch, we will enjoy a city tour of Biarritz, which is famous for its Surfing Beaches. Enclosed by cliffs and accessible by a staircase or pedestrian path, the Côte des Basques are the most famous surfing beach in Biarritz and is said to be the birthplace of surfing.

• Please note that this tour is a culture and food tour. But, you will get a pair of local snacks as well as a cultural walk in order to learn about the Basque culture and gastronomy. Please note that you will not receive a full meal.

• Cancellations between 15 days and 48 hours will be charged 50%
• Cancellations 48 hours in advance will be charged 100%
